Conditions de reservations 2010

1. 1/ Reservations are taken into account for a minimum of 7 days with the required amount enclosed.
   A month before the arrival of the client, the reservation can't be shortened or changed. The balance of the stay reserved has to be paid in full.
2. 2/ The balance of the stay (except tourist tax) has to be paid a month before the date of arrival. No discount will be granted for late arrival, early departure or any change as regards the reservation request.
3. 3/ Payments of deposits :
   - By cheque payable to «CALYPSO» ; ANCV ; Money order ; Credit card.
   - By bank transfer : the transfer order is to be sent to the campsite by e-mail, fax, or mail the very day of the operation.

4. 4/ In the absence of wired message from the client noticing he/she has to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation or the pitch become available 48h after the date of arrival mentioned in the reservation request (two days later at noon).The deposits paid will be kept by the manager.
5. 5/ Any change to be made in the first reservation request must be written and send (fax, post or e-mail).Once received, we'll send you an updated form asserting our agreeement. No deletion is allowed on the reservation request. The management refuses to change the reservation request over the phone.
6. 6/ Deposits to be paid by the client on arrival by cheque, credit card swiping (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) or cash.
   Accommodation  : 250 €. This deposit will be given back once the inventory made when leaving, the last one complying with the initial inventory and report on state of repair. If not, there will be a deduction for the payment of the conditioning of the premises and for damaged or missing equipment. An amount of 80 € will be deduced from the deposit in the absence of accommodation cleaning when leaving. If you want to leave the accommodation the day before the departure first planned, the inventory and report on state of repair must be made and the keys given back before 6.00 P.M. The deposit will only be given back once the inventory made and the keys given back.
   Access card to the campsite : 20 €. The deposit will be given back once the card returned on departure.
   Club wristband : 10 € / person. The deposit will be given back once the wristband returned.
7. 7/ The reservation is individual. It is forbidden to sublet or let one's pitch or renting to a third one. The management doesn't allow campers whose identity is not written on the reservation request just as campers exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation and pitch. No extension can be assured beyond the time reserved.
8. 8/ For late arrivals, the reception must be informed during the day by phone, by e-mail or by a third person on the spot.
   The wristbands will be given by the security agents in return for the corresponding deposit.
   For late departures, the reception must be informed during the day in order to give back the deposit and change "stay" wristbands for "guest" wristbands.
9. 9/ Departure time : Departures after 11.00 A.M will be charged as extra overnight stay if the pitch or the accommodation are available. If not available, the client must let the pitch or the accommodation and will be charged as a guest (cf guest price).
10. 10/ Guests must go to the reception on arrival, tell the exact number of people, vehicles and pets. Each one will be given the wristbands.
    « Day » and/or « evening » guests : the entrance allowed from 8.00 A.M to 11.00 P.M is charged for any visit whatever the reason or the time (cf guest price). Each person gets a day and/or evening wristband. No deposit is required.
    We ask our clientele to foresee the late arrival of their guests and inform the reception during the day.
11. 11/ People (campers or guests) and vehicles mustn't divide on other pitches.
12. 12/ No smoking in the accommodation.
13. 13/ If several families have to succeed on the same pitch or in the same accommodation, each one has to reserve.
14. 14/ All barbecues are forbidden. Special equipped areas are at your disposal.
15. 15/ ll the campers commit themselves in respecting and making the occupiers of the accommodation or the pitch respect the rules of the campsite put up at the reception.
16. 16/ They must take out an insurance to guarantee the risks of theft, fire, water damage, civil liability, third party claims.
17. 17/ Swimming shorts are forbidden in the swimming-pool.
18. 18/ Pet : vaccination book, leash and hygienic bags.
19. 19/ CANCELLATION INSURANCE Cancellation covers are insured for the following cases : diseases, accident or death, serious damages as regards your vehicle further to an accident, redundancy, professional transfer, disaster in your house, holiday home or in your firm, changes of holidays imposed by the employer, block, strike, natural disasters.
20. 20/ If you want to reserve, please fill in and sign the reservation request and send it with the deposit and the reservation charges. We'll confirm the reservation thus agreeing the dates mentioned.
